Our Groups & Events – From October Onwards

Hi there,

From October onwards, our groups and events schedule will be changing. We will be running online groups as well as slowly introducing some face to face sessions.

Social Groups

Online – these will continue and will run fortnightly, one group on a Saturday and one on a Thursday evening. Although the Netflix film night’s will no longer be running, there is always the option of watching a film together on a Thursday night!

Face to Face – We are currently securing an appropriate venue for our face to face social groups in Totnes. These groups will be smaller physically distanced groups that people will need to sign up for. More details once a venue is secured!

Youth Project

Newton Abbot – Our brand new Newton Abbot group will begin on Monday 5th October and will run every Monday evening.

Totnes – We are currently securing an appropriate venue for our existing Totnes group and plan to restart sessions from October onwards.

Mentoring Sessions will continue online/on the phone. We are also looking at offering face to face sessions from October onwards.

For more information about our youth project please email info@proud2be.org.uk.

Our staff team, volunteers and members health and wellbeing is our number one priority. We will be taking every measure to ensure the face to face groups are Covid-19 secure and we will continue to review the groups using current guidance.

We want to take this opportunity to say thank you to our staff and volunteer team – who are all amazing and continue to work alongside us we adapt to this ever changing situation.

Please note, there are no groups next week (21st-27th September) due to staff holidays. The community page will be moderated as usual.

Have a great week!

Max and Maya
