We are a grassroots LGBTQ+ led organisation that works throughout the UK, and occasionally beyond, supporting employers, staff and volunteers, teaching staff, students, customers and clients across various sectors, to become even more LGBTQ+ inclusive.

Proud2Be Training

We develop and deliver training to suit the needs of you and your organisation.

Learning takes place through a mix of group discussions, real-life case studies, Q&A sessions and workshop activities. We provide a participative approach to learning and always aim to meet participants at their own level of understanding and knowledge. Our sessions are engaging, fun and interactive.

Together, we explore keys terms and definitions, myths and stereotypes, the effects of prejudice and discrimination and practical ways to support LGBTQ+ people and make your practice and/or physical space more LGBTQ+ inclusive.

Whether working with you on a one-off intervention or in a longer-term partnership, our aim is to work with you to identify where you are already doing great work and implement and embed changes to make your organisation even more LGBTQ+ inclusive.
