Disabled people know what's ableist and trans people know what's transphobic. Telling us that we "misunderstood" then giving us your own weak take of what you think was said or still supporting the ableist/transphobic person anyway is gaslighting no matter how you spin it.

Your empathy for trans folks should never ever begin with your facisnation for your own attraction to us or to the least those of us you find attractive. Your attraction to me doesn't suddenly make me any more worthy of love than I already was.
