With support from the National Lottery Community Fund, we are seeking a proactive and passionate Fundraising and Income Generation Officer to help us diversify and grow our income streams. This part-time role is key to supporting the long-term sustainability of our work by increasing trading income, developing legacy and donation programmes, securing grants, and delivering engaging fundraising campaigns and events.

The successful candidate will be deeply committed to Proud2Be’s mission and values and will play a vital role in empowering LGBTQIA+ communities across Devon and beyond.

🕒 Time Commitment

  • Part-time: 22.5 hours per week (3 days)
  • Flexible working hours, with some availability required during weekday office hours for meetings or deadlines
  • Remote/hybrid working, with occasional travel to Newton Abbot and/or Paignton for team meetings or events
  • Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for fundraising events (with advance notice)

💸 Additional Information

  • This is a paid position with a starting salary of £28,000 per annum (full-time equivalent), pro-rata for 22.5 hours per week.
  • Initial contract: 12-month fixed-term.
  • This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check, which Proud2Be will arrange and cover.
  • Essential qualifications will be verified, and employment/relevant references will be requested.
  • Reasonable travel and other work-related expenses will be reimbursed.
  • You will receive a full induction, regular supervision, and ongoing support.
